Wet Ingredients
2ripe bananas
1/2cupalmond butter
1/4 cupwater
1TBSPvanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
1 + 1/4cupalmond flour
1TSPbaking powder
1TSPcinnamon
1/4cupdark chocolate chips
1/4cupraisins
1/4TSPsalt
Cream Cheese Icing
4TBSPcream cheeseroom temp
4TBSPSwerve powdered sugar substituteor use powdered sugar
2TBSP butterroom temp
1/2TSPvanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl, and all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Combine wet with the dry and use an ice cream scooper to make 8-10 cookies. Lay out the dough on a garment paper lined baking tray and flatten them out with a spoon
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cookies are nice and golden.
While the cookies are baking, make your icing by mixing all 4 ingredients using a hand mixer or a whisk
Let the cookies cool off fully before topping with cream cheese icing. Store in fridge
