In a large bowl, whisk together until combine: yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla extractIn a saucepan, mix all the glaze ingredients until combined. Pour over the loaf pan transfer into the fridge to cool. Cut bread into 8 slices and enjoy!
Add dry ingredients to the bowl: oat flour, almond flour, collagen powder, chia seeds, baking soda and salt; mixing until well combined
Mix dry ingredients into wet until combined, then gently mix in the raspberries
Pour into prepared loaf pan. bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool bread in pan for about 30 min before adding the glaze
