Notes
These protein bars are SO incredibly easy and delicious, you are going to wonder why you ever wasted money on overpriced store-bought bars that taste like chalk. Tahini is a fantastic source of copper - a mineral that:
supports iron absorption/prevents anemia
supports ATP production (which reduces fatigue)
boost collagen, protecting against osteoporosis and skin aging
Each bar is 7grams of protein and rich in healthy fats + minerals to support hormone balance. Enjoy!
