Equipment

  • 1 9x5-inch loaf pan
  • parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 2/3 cup Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp orange jucie
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the dry ingredients (protein powder, oat flour, hemp hearts, cinnamon, and salt).
  • In a separate bowl, stir together wet ingredients until combined (tahini, maple syrup, orange zest, orange juice and vanilla extract).
  • Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and keep mixing until combined and you have a stiff dough. Use your hands if needed.
  • Take the dough together and evenly press into the prepared pan. Firmly press down with a measuring cup.
  • Refrigerate for about 1 hour or longer until the dough is firm. Remove from pan and cutting into 8 bars.

Notes

These protein bars are SO incredibly easy and delicious, you are going to wonder why you ever wasted money on overpriced store-bought bars that taste like chalk.
