Notes
Chicken Delicata Squash Patties
Golden, poppable patties that hide a whole serving of veggies inside lean protein—perfect for both adults and toddlers! These oven-baked rounds combine ground chicken (packed with complete protein, iron, and B-vitamins for growth and energy) with naturally sweet delicata squash (a beta-carotene powerhouse that converts to vitamin A for bright eyes and strong immunity). I especially love delicata squash because the skin is edible/no need to peel it off. Toddler & BLW friendly: soft enough to gum, sturdy enough to self-feed, and sized for tiny hands. Freeze a batch and you’ve got 30-second meals all week.Serve warm with yogurt dip or tucked into a mini pita. Dinner done, nutrients won.
