Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk soy or cow
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder choose natural or raw, not the Dutch processed type (which has a much lower content of gut-loving polyphenols)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup or raw honey

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients in a saucepan
  • Heat up over the stovetop
