Prepare your 8 X 8 inch pan by lining it with parchment paper
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat
Once it's melted, reduce the heat to low and add marshmallows to the same pot. Coat a mixing spoon with oil and continuously stir until marshmallows are fully melted
Remove the pot from the heat and add the cereal. Stir well to combine
Pour the mixture into the prepared 8 x 8 inch pan. Take a separate piece of parchment paper and spray it on one side with avocado spray. Use the oil side to gently press the mixture down into an even layer in your prepared pan
Pop the pan in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to let it set, then cut into 12 even pieces. Store in an air tight container at room temp and enjoy!
